Boardroom Rental
A professional and air-conditioned boardroom ideal for intimate executive discussions, one-on-one interviews, or small group meetings. Comfortable seating in a formal boardroom setup with high-speed Wi-Fi.
Training Room Rental
Fully air-conditioned and ideal for small training sessions, workshops, and meetings for groups of up to 11 people. Features a flat-screen TV for presentations and a flexible room layout that can be adapted to suit your session format.
Conference Room Rental
A spacious and fully air-conditioned conference room ideal for corporate meetings, workshops, NGO sessions, ministry seminars, and training events. The room is designed to accommodate larger groups comfortably with presentation equipment and flexible seating arrangements.

What rooms are available to rent?
Jackson House offers three indoor spaces: the Boardroom, accommodating up to 8 people; the Training Room, accommodating up to 11 people; and the Conference Room, accommodating up to 50 people. The outdoor grounds can also be rented separately for larger events.
Is the grounds rental separate from the rooms?
Yes — indoor rooms and the outdoor grounds are rented separately. Please indicate which you need when you enquire so we can confirm availability and setup.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All bookings are subject to confirmation by the General Assembly Office, and a site visit is required before the event date to confirm suitability, layout requirements and access arrangements.
When is the venue available?
Rental availability is on request, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays. The General Assembly Office handles enquiries Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Weekend and public-holiday rentals must be arranged and confirmed in advance.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
